Khadi Dhaga (www.khadidhaga.com) Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on www.khadidhaga.com within 5 days of receipt in case, there is a manufacturing defect in the products. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size (measurement) or receipt of a defective item, you will need to courier the product back to us. The product must be in unused, unwashed, and tags should be intact. We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same.

RETURN POLICY

We currently don't have any return policy for the correct item delivered. In case the product is damaged you can reach us via email - care@khadidhaga.com. In case of incorrect/mis-match item delivered we will issue a 100% refund within 7 Days of receipt. If a customer wishes to return an item that cannot be accepted for exchange (due to reasons other than size issues), store credit will issued after deducting 15% of the total amount as processing and restocking fees. Store credit will be issued only if the product is returned in original conditions. Items damaged, used, or altered will not be eligible. The store credit has a lifetime validity from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase at www.khadidhaga.com
